Forms and Fees
Due December 1st:
Download and submit one completed roster form for each team, emailed to hannah.fisk+FORMSUBMISSION@acadiau.ca. Include your team name and number in the subject line.
Due December 12th:
Please collect forms from each student, coach, and mentor and submit all team items in one batch to hannah.fisk+FORMSUBMISSION@acadiau.ca Include your team name and number in the subject line.
Scans or clear images are acceptable, but please submit as pdf or jpeg attachments only (Google or OneDrive links are not accepted). Digital signatures are also not accepted.
Competition-Specific Consent Form
Robofest Consent Form submitted to Robofest. Coaches should input the appropriate email address for each student's parent/guardian on robofest.net so that they receive a link to complete their child's waiver.
Acadia Robotics will not accept submissions of Robofest forms (must follow instructions above).

Acadia Site Fee: $175 per team
Non-refundable. Paid in cash, cheque, or money order, post-marked Dec. 12th. Make cheques out to 'Acadia University' and address to Acadia Robotics, 27 University Ave., Wolfville, NS, B4P 2R6
