Teens Now Talk (TNT) Magazine XPO at the Halifax Forum

Acadia Robotics had a booth at the 3rd Annual two day event TNT Passport 2 You-th Success XPO at the Halifax Forum. Thanks to the excitement and support of the School Boards, educators, students and parents promoting the XPO through word of mouth, over 3000 students attended the event. The TNT Passport 2 You-th Success XPO, although it is designed for youth, is open to all youth and those who are youth at heart. This platform is a great way for parents, youth groups, organizations and the general public to meet with various programs, plus gain knowledge of the products and services available to enhance a successful future for today’s youth. Gary Walsh, Director of Acadia Robotics, was on hand to promote and explain how youth can participate in the annual Acadia Robot Programming Competitions through the Jodrey School of Computer Science, as well as Nova Scotia Community Colleges’ (NSCC) role with FIRST LEGO League qualifying events. For more information visit This year’s XPO will take place November 18-19, 2014.
