November 18-19, 2014 - Acadia Robotics had a booth at the 4th Annual two day event TNT (Teens Now Talk) Passport 2 You-th Success XPO at the Halifax Forum. Thanks to the excitement and support of the School Boards, educators, students and parents promoting the XPO through word of mouth, over 3000 students attended the event. The TNT Passport 2 You-th Success XPO, although it is designed for youth, is open to all youth and those who are youth at heart. Gary Walsh, Director of Acadia Robotics, as well as Anne Mercer-Hall, Coordinator, were on hand to promote and explain how youth can participate in the annual Acadia Robot Programming Competitions through the Jodrey School of Computer Science, as well as the Nova Scotia Community Colleges’ (NSCC) role with FIRST® LEGO® League qualifying events. Teens Now Talk magazine also had an advertisement in their magazine after the competition. For more information visit
